Executive - Tablet Compression & Coating (2-4 yrs)
- Responsible for making request for cleaning and wash water analysis.
- Ensuring washing of utensils and tanks.
- Responsible for ensuring proper sorting of tablets.
- Responsible for maintaining House keeping .
- Responsible for making sample request for compressed & coated tablets.
- Responsible for transfer of uncoated / coated approved tablets for packing.
- Ensuring timely completion of Log Books, BMR, BPR.
- Responsible for Compression & Coating area.
- Responsible for returning balance materials against issued items.
- Yield verification prior to transfer & receipt of material
- Responsible for preventing machine breakdown
- Supervising subordinates
- Repsonsible for maintaining inventory of non consumable material
- Ensuring complete compliance with GMP
