Reports to: Manager / Vertical Head
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Job Summary: Handling Employee Transport Operations across shifts.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Preparation of rosters
- Cab deployment
- Tracking and vendor management
- Transport Data Management & MIS
- Escort Security alignment
- Routing & cab utilization
- Billing and Payments
- Addressing cab users concerns
- Attending Adhoc cab requests
- Cab EHS management
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- To be aware of cab automation tools and their benefits
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2-year relevant experience required from corporate companies in Employee Transportation Domain
- Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
