Expediter - EPC (6-11 yrs)

Job Description :

- Responsible for the timely delivery of the assigned Orders, monitoring production on the base of schedule issued by Suppliers and responsible of the coordination of all the expediting and shop inspection activities on the project.

- Verifies that the Suppliers or Sub-Suppliers follow this schedule strictly, and cooperates with the technical section specialist to ensure any possible recovery in case of delay.

- Examine and check all expediting and shop inspection reports. S/He must also point out to the Procurement Project Manager all critical elements contained in the reports which may jeopardize the result of the supply.

- It is his responsibility to coordinate and control the activity of the field expeditors, providing them with all the necessary information and cooperation to perform their job. Coordinate with field expeditors to ensure all critical issues are addressed and reported

- Issue Project expediting report for the Project Management every week with all available information highlighting all critical issues and alerts.

- Coordination with inspection team to ensure timely shop inspection activities. Monitor shop inspection notifications.

- May visit the Suppliers and issue an expediting report, notifying any needs or clarifications required by Suppliers.

- Coordinate with Supplier and logistics team to ensure that all shipping documents are received in time and delivery to location is conducted earliest after release
