Export Coordinator experience of 5-7 years in handling export shipment / monitoring export production at factory and documentation at factory.
Process & execute Export orders and monitored the orders timely dispatch.
Interact with all department - Factory planning / quality / packaging / production - to make sure order are well executed as per instruction and timeline.
Coordinated freight logistics and documentation logistic department
Arranging & follow up for pre documentation.(Export)
Arranging samples or new development for client.
Presentable and know English well to interact with client during factory visit.
Need zeal and action-orientated & self-starter person who can make sure work is done in right time & with perfection.
