- Export and Import trade documentation compliance.

- Custom clearance, freight forwarding and negotiations

- Preferential duty benefit certifications

- Warehousing, Bonding and Ex-bonding activities, and merchant trading transactions.

- Database management.

- Coordination with DGFT for import licence for EPCG and advance licence authorisations

- Availment export benefits and schemes.

- Order processing and vendor management.

- Following Up with CHA for Duty Draw Back Statements & Updating the statements and applying for supplementary claim (where ever required
