Exteriors CAE Analysis Role (4-8 yrs)
- Modelling Skill : Experience in Plastic Parts Meshing, connections, Modeling of Sheet metal parts, Spot -Seam weld modeling, 1D connections.
- Analysis skills: Exteriors CAE : Able to perform Bumper Fascia Low speed Damageability analysis using LsDyna
- Able to perform Exteriors system level Strength assessment like Fascia Firmness feel, fasia sunload, grille deflection analysis etc using Abaqus
- Good knowledge on Exteriors Trim parts (Bumper Fascia- s)
- Trim Body knowledge
- Candidate must have a very good demonstrated experience in 2D/3D Meshing and Modeling, Modal Analysis, Non-Linear Static and Dynamic Crashworthiness analysis using various solver interfaces.
- Strong communication skills is a MUST.
- Skill: Hypermesh or ANSA, Ls-Dyna, Abaqus,
