Extrusion Head - Medical devices (15-20 yrs)
- Lead the in-house extrusion process setup for Medical devices
- Manage the technology transfer process from external partners.
- Oversee installation, validation, and commissioning of extrusion equipment.
- Set up and lead the extrusion team, including engineers, technicians, and operators.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820).
- Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the extrusion process.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teams for alignment on processes
