1. Academic Qualification :
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or PG in Construction Management Experience
2. Requisite Experience :
- 3-4 years of exp. in handling contracts & claims issues of project sites
- Candidate should have exp. in Highways/Underground/Water Projects
- Candidate should have exp. in FIDIC Contract.
3. Requisite Skills :
- Microsoft Office - Word / Excel - Advanced Skills Preferred
- PDF Software Management Software
- Schedule Software - Microsoft Projects / Primavera Products
4. Responsibilities :
- Schedule Analysis
- Loss of Productivity / Efficiency Analysis
- Scope Change Assessment
- Calculation of increased material and / or labour costs
- Extended General Conditions Analysis
- Cost Estimating
- Lost Profit Analysis
- Drawing Review
5. Job Description :
- Studying Contracts appreciation documents
- Contractual correspondence and claim preparation
- Extra claims / escalation claims and Interpretation of contracts
- Delay analysis
- Dispute resolution through amicable settlement, arbitration etc.
