Roles & Responsibilities :

1. A Warehouse Executive is responsible for ensuring that incoming stock is unloaded and stored correctly and safely in the warehouse.

2. When orders come in, he locates the items needed and prepares them for loading.

3. A warehouse clerk must monitor incoming and outgoing stock for obvious faults or defects and report these to a supervisor or senior manager.

4. A warehouse clerk will use his company's inventory control system to check orders against original purchase documents and ensure that shipment contents are double-checked for accuracy.

5. The clerk might also conduct audits of warehouse stock and measure performance indicators such as time taken to fulfill an order.

6. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

7. Classification of A, B and C Class of inventory and Cycle count to be performed in a bi-weekly basis.

8. Liaises frequently with customer service staff, often to give customers details of shipping times and delivery estimates.

9. Should be aware of basic knowledge of Logistics & Statutory requirements/documents.

10. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel
