Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of interior and modular furniture projects. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between design, production, vendors, and installation teams while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of interior/furniture projects.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, production teams, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and work orders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality checks, and installation activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, manpower allocation, and vendor coordination.
- Handle client communication, updates, approvals, and expectation management.
- Resolve on-site issues, delays, and technical challenges proactively.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, progress trackers, and MIS.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety standards, and project timelines.
Requirements:
- 4 to 8 years of project management experience in interiors, modular furniture, or turnkey fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, furniture manufacturing, and fit-out processes.
- Excellent coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read drawings (AutoCAD), BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Strong communication, vendor management, and client-handling skills.
- Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture background preferred.
