Fabrication Engineer - Machinery Manufacturing (8-15 yrs)
Dhruv Corp HR Solutions Pvt Ltd (DCSPL) is hiring for the following vacancy for one of our Machinery Manufacturing clients.
Position : Fabrication Engineer (Middle Level)
Reporting to : Manager Fabrication
Location : Ahmedabad
Preference :
- Candidate ready to relocate at Ahmedabad with family
- Exposure in working with MNC.
Age : 30+ years
Qualification : ME / BE - (Mechanical / Welding Technology / Metallurgy from premier, reputed Institute
Experience : 4-7 Years of relevant work experience in Machine Building Company is MUST (Engineering Product)
Key requirements :
- Hands-on knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes, must have worked with SS and MS sheet metal
- Exposure in handling of medium or light fabrication shop in machine building company, MNC exposure will added advantage
- Responsible for execution of Production Plan and timely delivery of qualitative products
- Should have experience in making jigs- fixtures for repeatability and productivity in fabrication
- Knowledge of CNC machines like laser cutting, press brakes, gas cutting stations will be an added an advantage
- Able to manage shop floor and supervise 60+ head count in a shift
- Well versed in understanding the technical drawings / parameters and guide the workforce
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concept will be given preference.
- Computer proficiency and fluency in English and Gujarati language is primary requirement.
