Facilities Maintenance Engineer - Hotel & Hospitality Service (7-13 yrs)
Job Description :
- Our client is a leading Healthcare Wellness Spa chain started 2 years back and expanding rapidly PAN India.
- Looking to recruit a Facilities Maintenance Manager, prefer Engineering background.
- Responsible for upkeep of all facilities across locations - 20 Branches.
- Manage the maintenance and repair of Electrical, Plumbing Maintenance.
- Schedule the regular maintenance of cleaning the Facilities
- Ensure repairs are attended in real time if possible.
- All Maintenance and housekeeping staff will report into this position.
- Coordinate with Branches proactively about Housekeeping Maintenance.
- Tie Up and Signing of Annual maintenance Contracts wherever necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction
