Facility Executive (1-3 yrs)
- Manage service contracts including general contractors, third party manpower security
- Provides logistics support in receiving and distribution of mail/small packages
- Responsible for initiating purchase requisitions, managing monthly office expense
- Coordinates with different vendor ordering of office supplies.
- Managing equipment and supply needs, including furniture, office equipment and climate control.
- Restock office and cafeteria supplies
- Prepare report for all expenses, making employee reimbursements
- Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses
- Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a record of invoices from external partners
- A completed course in facilities management will be advantageous.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in billing, facility coordination
- Extensive experience in vendor management including basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel
