Factory Head (10-15 yrs)
Background of Embroidery or High end Fashion required. 10 to 12 years of experience. Early 40 years of Age.
Operation Management:
- Monitoring operations related to department like purchase, Stores, maintenance, productions, Quality Control, personal etc. as an overall in charge of this division.
- Planning effective control on materials & inventory to achieve targeted production successfully. Overseeing maintenance dept. to keep track with all shop floor machines and equipment.
- Keeping total track about spare parts of machines & consumables, which are most important to carry out daily production.
Finance Management:
- Monitoring the expenses of the unit to control daily expenses as much as possible.
- Planning for better productivity to increase profitability of the company.
HR Management:
- Arrangement for training to enhance productivity in proper way to minimize rectifications, to reduce losses of manpower, time & cost of production.
