Factory Head - Garment Manufacturer (10-20 yrs)
Garment Manufacturer looking for a Senior Professional to head their Factory located at Kanpur UP.
- The ideal Candidate shall have experience in effectively leading all functions such as Pre-Production Planning, Production, Operations Management, Sourcing, Vendor Development and Management, as well as Supply Chain Management.
- Should have fine people management skills along with Monitoring and Analysing skills for various Production Reports.
- Proven ability to evaluate and optmize Capacity of over 800 machines, as well as implementing modifications to Production Plans without compromising on Quality, and cost effectiveness in the manufacturing process in order to accomplish timely deliveries in accordance with customer specifications & requirements.
Candidates with GMT from NIFT or Pearl Academy shall be given preference.
