Factory Head - Pharma (15-16 yrs)
Job Description
Experience: Min 15 to 16 years of experience in running a large factory. At least 10+ years of experience (tablate,capsule,ointment)
Qualification: B.Pharma+MBA. M. Pharma preferred.
Preparation of annual production budget to meet the Corporate Business Plan.
To implement and monitor WHO, USFDA, MHRA, GMP and such improvement initiatives.
Deciding on monthly production plan by allocating the resources optimally.
Taking care of production,QA,QC.HR,technical.operation
Should have strong knowledge in MIS, Presentation skills, Verbal Communication excellent
