Factory Head - Textile/Accessories (10-18 yrs)
Factory Head for a Large Company in Textile/Accessories.
- BE/Btech with 12-15 years of work experience in Manufacturing & Operations, of which at least last 2-3 years heading the Factory/Unit of a Textile/Accessories/FMCG/ Manufacturing outfit of repute.
- The role is going to manage activities at the factory/manufacturing location, which includes efficient and effective production, quality maintenance and effective distribution of the manufactured products to the market.
- Expert in executing the automated manufacturing systems/process and operational Excellence initiative's while enhancing the performance, improving the quality, reducing the cost and generating sustainable revenue / EBITA gains.
- The objective of the role is also to ensure that all employees - permanent and contract at the factory are productive and engaged.
- The role is responsible for ensuring that statutory compliances are adhered and the image of the organization is sustained externally.
