Factory Manager - Chemical Manufacturing Firm (15-20 yrs)
Factory Manager - India's Leading MNC Chemical Manufacturing Major
Location : North Zone ( Rajasthan / U.P / Punjab ) - Any
Job Role :
1) The prospective candidate should necessarily have experience in the Any Chemical / Process Industry and strong in Production Processes
2) The candidate should have had robust exposure and deep understanding of processes of production of Chemical / Solvent
3) Vital to have experience of managing multiple unions, experience of settlement with a union would be an added advantage
4) Consistent track record of delivering on matrices such as:
a. YoY production growth
b. Productivity improvement
c. Cost reduction
d. Improvement in quality and processes through six sigma, TPM, 5 S projects
e. Being compliant with regards statutory norms, H&S standards, pollution control, etc.
5) Demonstrate track record of successfully managing P&L of a production facility
6) Clean history of maintaining high safety standards and compliance
Candidate Requirement :
- A Degree in Chemical Engineering / Production Engineering would be an added advantage and a good to have.
- Should have strong commercial acumen, analytical bent of mind, and an exceptional people manager who has the ability to multi-task
- Should have strong leadership qualities with business acumanship
From - Process / Chemical / allied Industries only preferred
