Factory Manager - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
Looking for operations leader with experience in change and improvement management.
- Exposure to Make-to-Order, Make-to-stock and third party manufacturing, people management and leadership experience is essential.
- The individual must have demonstrated evidence of ability to influence people and drive improvement across business areas.
- The individual will be in charge of overall operations improvement and should have experience in planning processes, manufacturing systems, purchase and supply chain management, quality management, engineering management with expertise in Lean Manufacturing and six sigma.
