Factory Manager - FMCG/Manufacturing (8-12 yrs)

- Meeting the Unit Objectives.
- High Unit Team morale.
- Maintenance of professional relationship with functional Unit Heads/other functions.
- Simultaneous demonstration of general management and functional skills.
- Understanding company policies and programs
- Understanding the PRS system and plant and mechanical efficiencies.
- Management of change.
- Balanced approach to managing both external and internal environment.
Will be responsible for :
- Cost management
- Internal human resources management
- Production, Quality and Logistics management
- External factors management
