Job Title : Operations Manager Expert in Yield, Industrial Automation, OEE, and Production Efficiency

Job Overview :

- We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 10 years of work experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in yield management, industrial automation, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and production efficiency. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest level of productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities :

1. Yield Management :

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize overall production yield.

- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for yield improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve yield-related issues.

2. Industrial Automation :

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of advanced industrial automation systems. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for process automation. Ensure seamless integration of automation technologies into existing manufacturing processes.

3. OEE Optimization :

- Lead initiatives to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) across the production floor. Implement measures to reduce downtime, increase machine reliability, and enhance equipment performance. Analyze OEE metrics and work towards continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency.

4. Production Efficiency :

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall production efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with the supply chain to optimize inventory levels and minimize production disruptions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes.

5. Team Leadership :

- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of production professionals.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development

6. Quality Assurance :

- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that production meets the highest quality standards. Implement measures to identify and address quality issues in real-time.

- Work closely with the quality assurance team to implement corrective and preventive actions.

7. Budget Management :

- Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the operations budget.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.

3. Proven expertise in yield management, industrial automation, OEE optimization, and production efficiency.

4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. In-depth knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.

7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

8. Project management experience is highly desirable.
