Factory Manager - Plant Operations (10-30 yrs)
Job Summary : We are recruiting Factory Manager for our client operating in Tin and container Industry
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Coordinating the entire production of various departments in the factory as per the production schedule provided by the office
- Troubleshooting breakdowns and being the go to person for all fire-fighting issues at the plant
- Labour and government department dealing
- Coordinating dispatch with production and ensuring that material is ready on time, as per schedule
- Inventory Management
- HR Related matters
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Should be from the Tin Container industry and should have at least 10 years experience in the industry in a managerial position
- Good knowledge of basics of computers - Excel, Browsing, Emailing
