Factory Manager - Resin Manufacturing (20-30 yrs)
Hiring for Indian Co solo supplier for ASIAN PAINTS LTD
Roles and responsibilities :
Position : Factory MANAGER
Location : Near Navi Mumbai
Qualification : Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Production Engg.
Diploma / Degree in Management is desirable
Age : 44-53 years age group
Experience :
- Minimum 15 Years experience in the operations and maintenance of Chemical plant/factory with adequate exposure to cross functional coordination.
- Has held senior leadership position and ability to inspire the team members
- Has handled labour, negotiations with union and plant administration
- Has personally handled engineering & unit operations and effluent treatment plant.
- Exposure to Factory Administration in areas like GST & co-ordination with statutory authorities & Factory Accounts is preferred.
Key Functions :
- Overall control of the operations and maintenance of the plant.
- Optimisation of cost of production and continuous process improvement.
- Ensuring compliance and liasioning with all applicable statutory bodies such as MPCB, Factories Inspector and various Labour Inspector etc.
- Plant Administration comprising GST, Factory Accounts, Stores and Despatch etc,
Required Candidate profile :

- Strong communication skills & drafting skills
- Result oriented approach
- Exposure to ERP & command on MS Office packages
- Leadership qualities
- Exposure to Quality Systems (ISO 9001:2015), TQM, TPM, etc.
Personality attributes : Fluency and firmness in speech, Impressive in appearance. Tactful in relationship with others and flair for coordination with statutory authorities.
