Factory Manager - Textile (7-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Lead the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Effective utilization of manpower, plant & Machinery, utility etc.
- Educate, train and generate the appropriate procedures and flows for the plant operation.
- Ensure outlets satisfaction through quality & timely delivery and department administration.
- Co-ordinate with every department to improve management efficiency.
- Monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective cost and quality control.
- Oversee daily operation for planning, organizing and controlling of the plants.
- Achievement of daily production target and improve the efficiency of Workers.
- Ability to identify machinery requirements and new technologies.
- Propose alternatives and methods that would increase productivity and reduce cost.
- Responsible for all issues related to factory administration.
- Strong leadership with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of technical & practical knowledge.
- Responsible for setting up entire from start to finish.
- Ability to manage a complete turn-key projects.
- Knit wear experience
