Factory Manager - Transformer Manufacturing Industry (5-15 yrs)
Advanced Management Consultancy is hiring Factory Manager/Supervisor for one of our transformer manufacturing client at Behala location.
Designation: Factory Manager/Supervisor
Location: Behala
Salary Range: 22-25K/month
Required Experience: min 5 years in any transformer factory/Electrical heavy Engineering Unit as supervisor/shift incharge
Academic Qualification: Electrical Polytechnic
Responsibilities:
1. Daily production supervising
- Reading and interpretation of Drawing & Design
- Production planning with management and workers
- Delegation of duties to workers
2. Inventory and stock management
3. Testing and quality checking of semi-finished and finished products
4. Planning and executing new projects for development of the organization with higher management
