Factory Safety & Health Inspector (1-2 yrs)

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Factory Safety and Hygiene Inspector to ensure safe, hygienic, and compliant working conditions within an industrial manufacturing environment.


- The role focuses on monitoring safety standards, maintaining hygiene practices, and supporting basic maintenance activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.

- The inspector will conduct regular safety and hygiene inspections across the factory, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, internal safety policies, and standard operating procedures. 


- Responsibilities include monitoring use of personal protective equipment, verifying safe work practices, maintaining work permits, and ensuring proper machine guarding and lockout procedures. 


- The role also involves identifying machinery issues, reporting damages, and coordinating or supporting minor repairs and maintenance of machines, tools, fittings, and utilities.

- The position requires maintaining accurate safety, hygiene, and maintenance records, supporting internal and external audits, assisting in safety trainings, and participating in emergency preparedness and response activities. 


- The inspector must proactively identify hazards, take corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture across the workforce.

- Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Industrial Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline, with 1 to 2 years of experience in factory safety and hygiene inspection. 


- Basic understanding of machinery operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance is essential. Strong observation skills, attention to detail, communication ability, and documentation skills are required.

- This role demands a proactive, disciplined, and hands-on professional capable of working independently in a factory environment. 


- The position offers valuable exposure to industrial safety systems and regulatory compliance, suitable for candidates seeking long-term growth.
