Factory Unit Head - Production (15-25 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for Coordinate all the functions of 3 rim lines and a lockring line
- Exposure towards welding / presses / robotics / CNC machining
- Manage manpower, production, productivity and line related safety & quality parameter
- Ensure safety of rim line operatives, SO adherence, II adherence, PPS adherence
- Control of scrap & rework and take initiatives to control adherence
- Ensure the production planned by effective resource management
- Proper planning of lines & ensure productivity levels are achieved
- Proper maintenance of tools
- Accountable for incident reduction, SO- CAPA completion, production targets, UPD achievement, quality control regarding scrap & rework and cost control of the line Exposure to ISO TS 16949, IATF, EMS
- Good Leadership skills
- Team building & Managerial Skills
