FAI Reviewers Role - Aerospace/Automotive Sector (4-10 yrs)
Job Title : FAI Reviewers
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 4 to 10 years
Notice Period : 30 days
Primary Responsibilities:
- Experience with Approval of Supplier FAI, Delta FAI According to AS9102 requirements. Hands on experience in Development of FAIR Package per AS9102 in tools such as Net Inspect, Discus, etcLead a small team of Engineers to achieve project deliverables within Cost, Schedule and Budget Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and Specifications.
- Working Knowledge of GD&T concepts
- Exposure to RRCA concepts and Experience in running RRCA for misses.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Exposure to Collaborating with key cross functional stakeholders to achieve Project objectives and deliverables
- Participate and lead team activities in continuous improvement, problem solving, Lean, Six Sigma projects, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelors in Electronics/Electrical/ Mechanical/Aerospace engineering.4-10 years of relevant experience in Aerospace or Automotive Sectors. Exposure to Sheet - Metal, Machining, Electronic, Avionics, Wire-Harness commodities. Relevant certifications such as AS 9100 IQA Auditor, AS 9102 FAI signatory and PPAP signatory
