Farming Manager - Organic Farming/Agri (10-15 yrs)

- Responsible to Handle all farming activities including Agri- Input Quality, Farming activities like Tillage,planting, grafting, fertilizer recommendation and application, chemical recommendation and application, pest, insecticide, fungal disease control.
- Responsible for agreed yields.
- Responsible to handle local manpower at low level.
- Should implement Organic Farming
- Should implement ISO farming
- Should implement Conservation farming
- Should implement Integrated Pest Management systems.
- Should maintain full complete documentation of farm land.
- Should follow the safety and statutory measures
Age : 30 years
Desirable Experience : More than 10 years.
Preferable Skills : Especially in Horticulture
