Exp : 1-3 Years CTC - 9-12.5 Lacs (Depends on Exp Fitment etc )

- Max 36 Months exp Min 12 Months

- Process planning of conventional pumps

- Defining process for Manufacturing fuel injection equipment (FIP)

- Improvement in existing manufacturing process

- Cost reduction measures through process improvement

- Preparation of FMEA Control plan, work instruction & standarize work sheet B. E./B.Tech./ Mechanical/Production engineering/ Automobile +MBA Operations

1 - 3 years of experience

- Hands on experience in Process planning activities.

- Experience in manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge on gauge and machine capability evaluation.

- Exposure to quality systems.

- Knowledge on Quick changeovers, Poka yoka .

- Knowledge on Autocad.

- Exposure in shop layout preparation.

- Use of quality tools for problem solving

- Knowledge on FMEA, control plan and work instructions

- Knowledge on 5S

- Basics of product costing
