- Customer Quality for A Pumps

- Product quality

- Barier Audit, Functional Audit and Component Audit for A Pumps

- Closure of open customer issues in IQIS system and timely response to customer

- Coordination with Value stream, R&D, Sales and Purchase, SQW, Field service colleagues for action plans and closure of issues

- Reviews at Customer and internal management reviews

- Support for RPP projects and value stream improvement projects

- Visit to customers/ Customer meetings

- Shop administration(audit, Injector/FMN preparation, Investigation cell)

- Quality function /domain experience

- Good knowledge of process

- Good communication and networking skills, Assertive

- Systematic /structured approach to problem solving

- Transparency and positive attitude

- Willingness to travel regularly.
