Brief Posting Description

- Supervises client staff and other site staff in their execution of work tasks related to the Audits/Optimization/ Troubleshooting/ equipment drawings of the equipment/plant

- Participates in sales process in proposal preparation, negotiation and audit implementation.

- Collects data for present plant operation

- Trains client staff on efficient operation of cement plant process.

- Prepares plant audit reports / energy report

- Reports the work progress in relation to quality standards

- Troubleshoots problems related to erection/operations of the plant or problems occurring after the delivery of the plant

Detailed Description :

- Actively participates with sales team in achieving the sales target.

- Execution of audit/ optimization / Troubleshooting

- Work through the OS audit lifecycle, from project inception to audit report submission and invoice payment collection

- Leads a team of experts and provides value added solution to customer

- Supports Quality functions/Retrofit operation as and when required

- Perform full plant audits, troubleshooting and feasibility studies, including measuring relevant process data.

- Contribute to generate leads for PSM/Spares sales

- Business travel expected: Around 120-140 days/year
