Field Manager - Crop Production (3-8 yrs)

Job Functions :
1. Overall responsibility to manage and develop the site location.
2. Produce based - Agriculture, Horticulture,
3. Water and hygiene management
4. Estate management - 6000 acres
5. People and team hire, manage and development as needed
6. Lead the farm management efforts as well as land management & administration at site
7. Provide inputs and ideas as needed for harvesting the best in produce and resources
8. Good understanding of farm production, labor & liaison, site management and administration
9. Ensure that all the SOPs are followed by each function
10. Ensure that records are maintained as needed by each function
Work conditions - Based at Site location. Mirzapur, UP
Additional Specification for the Job :
Education & Qualification : B.Sc. M.Sc. Agri Business, Food Technology
Back ground Sectors/Industries required, if any : Agri, Food business with experience in site and operations management.
Work Experience, in years : Min 3 to Max 8 years
Salary Range : Rs. 6 to Rs. 10 Lakhs Per Annum.
Bachelor status accommodation shall be provided during the initial 6 months, following which family accommodation will be provided.
Gender : Male preferred
Technical Skills : Knowledge and past experience in such remote location site management. Team management and well versed with farm related activities.
