Rolls : Off-roll /TPC.

Educational Qualification : Diploma & Degree in Electrical / Electronics / EXTC / Mechanical

Salary Range : Base on Interview.

Experience : Min 1 year (Maintenance in Oil & Gas Industries will be preferred)

Job Nature : Full Time/Work on Field.

Language : English, Hindi & Local Language( Mandatory).

Purpose of Position :

- Perform installation, repair and maintenance tasks on equipment and infrastructure at customer/partner sites primarily the retail fuel outlet.

- Flexibility is required to address customer needs, identify the problem at site and ensure timely completion of the Job in a safe and secure manner.

Key Responsibilities :

- A field service engineer creates, installs, and repairs technology related Equipment.

- Involves frequent State traveling to client locations and responding to emergency calls.

- Deliver quality service against assigned jobs.

- Complete jobs within time frame

- Inform CCSD from site regarding status of allotted jobs.

- Send defective spares weekly to service centre with service reports.

- Should replace any electronic spares in consent of the ASM & Technical Support

- Timely reconciliation of spares (Monthly/Bi-Weekly spares reconciliation)

- Timely submission of service reports (Daily/Weekly report Submission)

- Report non-compliance issues if found being practices in the system to supervisor or use - Speak up- opportunity provided by the company.

- Customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) (achievement %)

- First Time Fix (FTF%)

- Backlog (minimize)

- Safety and Compliance

Personal Qualifications & Experience :

- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering with good knowledge of working on Computers

Experience/Knowledge :

- Previous experience in field based technical service work.

- Experienced in mechanical, electrical and electronic fault-finding techniques.

Specific Skills :

- Excellent communication skills in applicable local language.

- Basic knowledge of English

- Computer literacy
