Field Service Supervisor - BMS (10-15 yrs)
- The opening if for North India Territory.
- Supervision of services and support for complex BMS/ IBMS/ Security Systems/ Life Safety Systems etc.
- Supervision of Service Projects execution, completing them in quick turnaround technically & commercially.
- Driving the customer satisfaction & supervision for the day to day service operation parameters.
- To ensure 100% compliance on Service Level Agreement (SLA), OTA & OTC by FSEs.
- Handling a team of Service Engineers on HAIL/ Subcontract payroll.
- Managerial skills.
- Technical skills:
Required - HVAC/ BMS/ IBMS/ FAS/ Access Control System/ CCTV System etc.
Desired - Honeywell BMS, EBI etc.
- Achieving Order Booking, Revenue & Collection plan monthly & annually as per AOP.
- 50% to 75% of time include travel to customer locations & meetings.
Skills/Qualifications :
- Ability to handle a team of Engineers on HAIL/ Subcontract payroll.
- Team player, Effective communication skills, Customer facing, Result oriented & hard working
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar domain.
