Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Supervisor to oversee and manage all finishing activities at the project site. The role involves ensuring high-quality execution of finishing works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all finishing works including plaster, painting, tiling, flooring, carpentry, joinery, false ceiling, and fixtures

- Ensure work execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely completion of activities

- Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules

- Conduct quality checks and ensure rectification of snags and punch points

- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage at site

- Coordinate with the quality and safety teams to ensure compliance

- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material tracking

- Ensure finishing works are completed within budget and timelines

- Support handover activities, final inspections, and snag closure

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs

- Good coordination and team management skills

- Attention to detail and quality orientation

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of safety practices at construction sites

Qualifications:

- Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering background preferred

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in finishing works supervision in construction or real estate projects
