a) Understand the Energy Sector current and future business imperatives, competitive environment and objectives and align the procurement strategy with the same
b) Implement Company procurement strategy & plans to ensure optimal functioning of operations
c) Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
d) Apply systems knowledge and appropriate business processes in the establishment of centralized Procurement function
