- Capable of conducting need-based research to pull out relevant and authentic data as required
- Building a quality funnel to mature for future prospective
- Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative using a helpdesk system to work on requests based on priority and severity
- Interpersonal skills and relationship management.
- Clear and concise English verbal and written communication skills used at all levels of business
- Team management and Leadership Skills
- IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
