Designation: Planning & Procurement Manager
Flipspaces is looking to hire entrepreneurial Leaders requiring high order ownership and resourcefulness. In this role, you will be entrusted with scaling up a business vertical by partnering with manufacturers & brands across categories in the Interior Furniture & Furnishing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Procurement for all categories in the Interior Furniture & Furnishing domain (FLOORING; Tiles/Carpets/Wooden, Sanitary, Finishes; Wallpapers/Laminates/Veneers/Panels, Electricals, Modular Fixtures, Soft Furniture)
- Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payments terms for all Purchase orders
- Ensuring a healthy Vendor Satisfaction score for onboarded partners
- Consistently achieve desired gross margins and fulfillment OTIF for all Purchase Orders
- Day to Day internal and external reporting and tracking of activities spanning across new partnerships & order fulfilment
Desired Skills:
- 4-8 years in Planning & Procurement, with experience of dealing in Interior Furniture & Furnishing Industry
- Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and number crunching capabilities
- Strong time management skills to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals
- Structured problem-solving approach, detail-oriented and customer-first attitude
- Entrepreneurial attitude. Ability to work cross-functionally
- Must have attention to detail and critically think through to resolve problems
