Floor Manager for Mangalore location
- Qualified engineer with more than 10 years of experience in BIM, CAD and GIS. Proficient in Revit MEP, Autodesk Showcase, Auto-CAD Structural Detailing and Micro Station. During the tenure Ten years, has handled varying responsibilities including :
- Detailing and checking of Mechanical, Plumbing and electrical system for Various Industrial, commercial, multi- storied Residential complexes, Shopping Mall, Hotel & Convention Centers.
- Responsible for ensuring that construction drawings produced by the project team are clear, effective, as per project schedule.
- Support the development of the Revit Team providing technical guidance, mentoring and regular feedback where required.
- Plan and organize the work of the team
- Coordinating between structure, architecture and services.
- Creating shop/construction drawings for construction.
- Involved in project planning, initiation, process design and client requirement analysis.
- Planning the shipment schedules and delivering the data on time to client.
- Regular technical discussions with the team and construction team for quality issues.
- Preparing Presentations and Walkthroughs using Autodesk Showcase and Revit.
- Generating Bar Bending Schedules for the Structural Components.
- Tracking RFI's (Request for Information form) for earlier response from clients.
- Conducting Design Review Meetings with client and consultants.
- Modeling Plant room details and coordination with other services.
