Job Description:
The EA to the CEO is an operational leader responsible for supporting the CEO in executing the company's vision, strategic initiatives, and business objectives. This role serves as a trusted advisor and confidant, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration across the organization. This role will manage key projects, coordinate executive activities, and oversee the execution of the CEO's priorities, enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact areas.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Partnering with the CEO to define, prioritize, and communicate strategic initiatives.
- Executive Assistance: Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, handling correspondence and managing follow up.
- Operational Efficiency: Overseeing the daily operations of the executive office and improving processes to enhance productivity.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Coordinate and facilitate departmental meetings, including preparing meeting materials, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
- Project Management: Leading and managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Leadership Support: Facilitating leadership team meetings, driving alignment and decision-making on critical issues.
- Special Projects: Lead or support special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Maximum 1-3 years of experience working in a reputed Consulting firm
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- High-level communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, board members, and other stakeholders.
- Managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
