Food Analyst - Food Wet - Chemical (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Hand on practice for testing of Moisture, Fat, Protein, Brix, Dietary Fiber, Ash, Acid insoluble ash, FFA, Peroxide value, Iodine Value etc.
- Hand on experience on calibration of equipment's, glassware etc.
- Standardization of chemicals used in various testing.
- Monitoring and ensuring the correctness of the wet lab process for all the test parameters.
- Reviewing the customer's quality manuals and ensuring that the tests are performed as per their requirements and ensuring the detection limits, special requests, additional parameters are performed as per the quality manual.
- Reviewing and interpreting the test results of each job by ensuring the quality of the work at each level of process flow.
- Monitoring and controlling that test reports are released on time or before time from the laboratory.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : B.sc/M.sc/B.tech/M.tech - Food Technology
