Forging Manager (10-15 yrs)
- Must have experience in Hot Forging Division
- Man power planning according to Monthly Production Schedule
- Daily Monitoring of forge shop and production targets as per customer requirements with specified quality in a stipulated time.
- Experience in Hot Forging, Forging Plant handling-Furnace Oil Cost saving-Drop Hammer & Forgings press operation and maintenance work
- Plan & implementation of Automation projects to reduce manpower & cycle time on Forge shop
- Prepare Monthly Capacity Planning Report which include Man-hours, Machine Occupancy, and Action plan for Target Scheduling
- Dealing with Vendors & Purchase on day to day basis for Consumable Items, Machine & related concerns
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Coordinate with concern departments for smooth material dispatch,
- Drive the team of technical professionals and technicians
