Job responsibilities:
- Lead DFM/Process engineering.
- Able to coordinate the information required by customers across functional units, Review the various data reported with the customer (e.g.) BOM issue, CTB status, abnormalities highlight in time, etc.
- Assist engineers to solve process failure problems, provide solutions and risk assessment
- Assist customers to implement the production cycle of new products
- Introduce new products into mass production and act as a communication window
- Confirm that the customer's new requirements are met (new process validation/cycle time/QPL...)
- Be able to act as a functional PM to handle responsible issues, engineering change requirements, manufacturing process and SOP.
