Franchise Discovery - R&D Manager - Hardware Design (9-15 yrs)
Skills:
- Candidate should be BE/ BTech in Electronics/Instrumentation or related
- Experience of Min 9 years (out of which at least 2 years as Lead)
- Should be able to handle team of 3+ Engineers
- Should be capable of handling complete R&D Department & will be solely responsible for it.
- Will report directly to the Directors of the Co.
- Good Communication Skill.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in design of Analog, Digital, Power Electronics Hardware designing & testing.
- Designing & Testing expertise in any one or more domains - LED Drivers / LED Lighting / Sensors / BLDC Motors
- Comprehensive knowledge of Embedded Systems, PCB designing (Eagle preferred), New product Development
- Conversant with use of instruments like Digital Oscilloscope, Multimeters etc.
- Good to have Hands on experience with Software development on 8 bit Microcontrollers (Microchip) & Mechanical parts understanding
- Testing & Troubleshooting know how
- Interaction with vendors & customers
- Support to Sales & Production department.
