Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager in various aspects of the brand's operations, focusing on report building for last-mile deliveries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the warehouse, and providing support for standard operation executive tasks. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and uphold our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements :
1. Proven experience of 2-3 years in an operations role

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
5. Experience in using various software applications, including MS Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
6. Experience in working with WMS systems and order management platforms.
7. Knowledge of logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
8. Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement methodology
