Supply Chain Manager:

Supply Chain Management.

- Establish relationships with key internal stakeholders like Category Management teams, Warehouse, and transportation to deliver the right results to the end customer

- Continuously strive to reduce costs, reduce lead times and improve processes by driving automation, developing systems and tools to manage capacity and labor constraints

- Establish relationships with third-party logistics service providers (3PL- s), transportation carriers and negotiate contracts to secure their services, and coordinate change projects with them

- Drive continuous improvement of our vendor base to improve performance and reduce costs.

- Monitor quality of transportation-related services provided to the customers through a variety of measurement techniques.

- Lead process-improvement efforts and manage the implementation of both business processes and technical solutions

- Own all the metrics across the supply chain function and strive to meet and beat the goals and targets.

- Coordinate the technical development of all the systems and tools necessary for managing the different processes

- Apply best practices and systems from and share best practices with counterparts in other regions

- Hire, manage, and develop a team of high-impact project managers, program managers, and analysts

Basic Qualifications

- Good in analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

- Minimum 4 years- experience in inventory management.

- Reputation for working well with customers and building strong relationships

- Ability to manage successful relationships while handling a broad variety of problematic issues

- Decision-making/ problem-solving: Able to proactively gather carefully selected data from appropriate sources, probe and consider all the facts, consider the perspectives of others, conduct root cause analysis, refer to long-term plans and goals, prioritize effectively and act decisively, promptly and confidently

- Presentation skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presence, ability to act and think on one's feet

- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex analysis and business information

- In-depth knowledge of operating and analysis tool and a solution driven approach to systems and processes

- Advanced computer literacy: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, data-warehouse analysis

- Fluent English

- Around 4 years+ experience in a similar role

- Experience of supply chain analysis and project management within a fast-paced, metrics-led environment

B.Tech. from premier institute

MBA from top tier B-School
