Full Span Erection Expert - High Speed Rail (20-30 yrs)
Required Expat for high Speed Rail :
- Developing Erection methodology to be adopted
- Planning the execution of Erection process
- Understanding the drawing and implementation
- To train the team in execution of erection
- To drive the erection team to execute as per planning
- Responsible for project activity ( erection) baselines monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- Guide to prepare monthly and total plan to execute the work.
- Organizing / participating project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking.
- Coordination with other execution team / client / consultants / Designer
Exposure :
- Working experience with contracting companies
- Exposure to different type of launcher and their erection process
- Exposure in full span launching apart from segment launching
