Furlenco - AM/DM - Warehouse Operations (4-8 yrs)
Furlenco is looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual who can narrow their focus to one singular goal, in this case, growth. The role will allow you to drive successful warehouse operations by managing and overlooking the complete warehouse assigned.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible to ensure stock accuracy is at 98% accuracy level at any point of time.
- Monitor the warehouse issues during/after delivery and work towards controlling the same and ensuring it is less than 2% at any point of time
- Ensure the movement of stock in/out of the warehouse is as per the process guidelines laid
- Ensure minimum cancellations of activities by ensuring stocks is available as per system/ and on time dispatch as per time commitment
- Ensure planned hub to spoke transfer movement
- Ensure the movement of stock in/out of the warehouse is as per the process guidelines laid.

- Work towards efficiency of labour and logistics on weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensure updating of daily reports and audit dashboard on a weekly basis.
- Ensure proper hygiene is followed in the warehouse and stacking of goods is as per warehousing standards.
- This position reports to Operations Manager of Warehouse
- 4-8 years of experience required
