Project Manager ( Civil )
- B Tech Civil Engineer/B.Arch from reputed institute
- Minimum 5 years of experience in running civil construction projects
- Must have lead one medium to large size project as Project Manager
- Validate designs and provide inputs to Architects
- Working with builders/contractors in planning, execution of the project
- Own and manage overall Program/Project Planning, Execution and Control
- Ensure quality checks to be performed in time
- Ensure quality of the materials used
- Ensure construction is as per defined guidelines, inspect regularly and define quality gates
- Work with other Architects to secure state and other required approvals
- Candidates from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur area will be preferred.
